St Mary's Church, Great Wymondley.

The Grade I listed church near Hitchin, with a 15th century tower and castellated battlements, was closed for use due to deterioration of the external fabric and falling stonework. A careful scheme of repairs was drawn up and the works carried out to replace stone copings, clunch stone quions and assocated external face of flint work and iron stone rubble bedded in lime mortar.

The works have been sucessfully completed and the church reopened in 2009.
